Refund Policy

Lewright Fundamental Fitness (“we,” “our,” or “us”) strives to provide high-quality personal training services for all clients. Please read the following refund and cancellation policies carefully before booking sessions.
1. Payment

All sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Payment can be made through [Wix Payments, Venmo, or other agreed methods].
2. Refunds

Non-Refundable: Individual sessions, packages, and pre-purchased training programs are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of services.

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in extraordinary circumstances at the sole discretion of Lewright Fundamental Fitness.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for session cancellations.

Sessions canceled with proper notice can be rescheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are considered forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
4. In-Home and Garage Training

The same refund and cancellation policies apply for both in-home and garage-based sessions.

In-home clients are responsible for providing a safe training space and notifying the trainer of any hazards or limitations.
